We are continuing our growth and we are searching for a candidate who has previous HR experience and is seeking the opportunity to be a part of our long-term Team. This position will eventually transition into a full-time Human Resource Manager as the Company enters into its next phase of growth.
Position Description: The Human Resource Representative must enjoy working in such an environment and supporting/helping team members reach their goals. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in HR and related duties and experience.
Position Requirements: The Human Resource Representative must possess the following skill set and educational background:
-Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
-Minimum of 2 years of background in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (Preferred)
-Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Able to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
-Bilingual Spanish (Required)
-Able to learn company systems and CRM Software.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Working knowledge of HR-related areas of legality including FMLA, ADA, EEO, Workers Compensations, Unemployment, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities: The Human Resource Representative’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Responsible for assisting all general areas of the Human Resources department, such as managing turnover; retention; new hire onboarding; payroll and benefits administration; maintaining the Company HR Software and others; recruiting; assisting in safety compliance; planning company events, driving a positive employee relation; and helping to recognize and celebrate our awesome team members.
-Workers’ Compensation claims.
-Attends weekly meetings with the president, managers, and office staff.
-Consistently communicates with our Team members and acts as a Liaison within the Company.
-Thoroughly understands, and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Enforce Vision Landscape’s policies and practices.
-Maintains confidentiality of all company information handled.
-May conduct or assist with conducting HR audits when needed.
